  1. Register at portal https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/register
  1. Then Login using credentials you used during registration here https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/login
  1. Click the New Learner Permit and Fill the Application Form accordingly.
  1. Upload your CNIC front and Back clear pics or scanned copies.
  1. Upload your passport size photograph.
  1. Upload Domicile certificate
  1. Panel will then show the Permit Fee; Pay the Learner Permit Fee and Proceed.
  1. Print the Application
  1. After 15 days appear for written MCQs test.
  1. Then Practical Test will be conducted 
  1. And e-License will be uploaded at DLMIS Website where you got register in the start.
