ADMISSION POSTGRADUATE SESSION-2024 Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation 


FCPS-II (Fellowship from CPSP, Pakistan) 


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

Candidates who have passed FCPS Part-1 in General Medicine / General Surgery are eligible to apply for FCPS-II in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. 


Documents Required

  • Certificate of Passing FCPS Part-1
  • Sindh Domicile
  • MBBS Degree + 1 year House Job certificate
  • Valid PMC / PMDC Registration 


Online Registration and Fee

Application form can be downloaded from SIPM&R website: www.sipmr.edu.pk and must be submitted at Department of Postgraduate Studies, Additional Executive Director Office along with all required Documents of Eligibility and Paid Fee Voucher of Rs.3000/only in favor of Fees Collection SIPMR National Bank of Pakistan Income Tax Building Branch, Karachi. 


Deadlines

  • Last date for submission of application form is Wednesday, 17" January 2024 before 03:00 pm. interview will be held at 14:30am Saturday, 20 January 2024 at Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Opposite SIUT Chand Bibi Road near Mujahid Masjid, Karachi.
  • Government servants should apply with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Government of Sindh through the proper channel. A copy should be submitted to the Administration at SIPM&R. Neither TA/DA will be paid nor accommodation will be provided to any candidate. 
  • The applications received after the last date will NOT be considered. 

Program Fee

  • Administrative and Monitoring fee Rs.25000/per year shall be charged for FCPS Program in favor of Fees Collection SIPMR National Bank of Pakistan Income Tax Building Branch Karachi Sindh.
